Obituary

Sarah E. Wagner 99 of Ohesson Manor passed away on Saturday Jan 11, 2020.
Born April 25, 1920 in McAlisterville, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Amanda Moore Elliott.
Sarah is survived by a son Roger D, Wagner Jr. and wife Donna of Lewistown, Six Grandchildren, ten Great Grandchildren, one Great-great grandchild and six nieces and nephews.
She was married for 63 years to husband, Roger D. Wagner Sr. who preceded her in 2001, her daughter, Gainelle Wagner passed in 2007. Sarah was the last of seven brothers and sisters, siblings, Boyd Moore, Charles Elliott, Evelyn Elliott, Mary Siders, Lawrence Elliott, James Elliott, and John Elliott. One Great Grandchild, Marine PFC Jajuan Hinton died serving his country.
Sarah worked as a Nurse’s Aide at Lewistown Hospital for 22 years retiring in 1985. She was a member of the Salvation Army Church for 75 years.
A future Memorial Service will be held at the Salvation Army Church with Majors Fred and Janet Clark officiating.
Interment will take place in Mt Rock Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the care of The Barr Funeral Home Inc. and Crematory, 120 Logan Street, Lewistown.
Donations in Sarah’s memory may be made to the Lewistown Salvation Army.

I worked with Sarah Wagner in the operating room at Lewistown Hospital. She was a very nice friend. Your family is in my prayers.
