Neil H. Wilson, 45, of Lewistown, passed away on Saturday April 30, 2022 at William Penn Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born June 15, 1976 in Lewistown, he was the son of the late John A. and Penny A. (Romig) Wilson. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a son, Ian M. Wilson.
Neil is survived by his loving wife, Brandi (Brower) Wilson, whom he married on September 27, 1997; children, Shannon Bender and husband DJ, of Reedsville, Brandon Wilson, and Courtney Wilson and companion James Booney, all of Lewistown; a granddaughter, Aislinn Brower; and a brother, Ryan Wilson and wife Brandi, of McVeytown.
Earlier in life, Neil was employed as a mechanic at Joe Krentzman and Son, Inc., and most recently employed at Equipment International as a crane mechanic. He was a devoted volunteer firefighter for 25 years at Lewistown City Hook & Ladder #14, Junction Fire Company, and West Granville Fire Company. He was also an avid gun collector, but most of all, he loved his family very much.
A gathering in loving memory of Neil will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday May 5, 2022 at The City Hook & Ladder Engine Room, 317 Valley St, Lewistown, PA 17044.
Arrangements have been entrusted to King-Barr Funeral Home LLC, 120 Logan Street, Lewistown.
