Brian K. Snook, 57, of Milroy, passed away on Sunday April 3, 2022 at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.
Born December 14, 1964 in Lewistown, he was the son of Gerald Snook and Patricia (Thomas) Buckley.
In addition to his parents, he is also survived by his loving wife, Shelly (Dorsey) Snook, whom he married on August 25, 1984; children, Tyler Snook and wife Melanie, of Milroy, and Kayelar Ishler and husband Shawn, of Lewistown; grandchildren, Bentyn Ishler, Paxton Snook, and Mattie Snook; siblings, Teresa Conrad and husband Greg, Michael Snook, and Dustin Snook; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Brian honorably and faithfully served his country in The United States Navy.
He was employed at Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc., as director of safety.
Brian was an active life member of The Milroy Hose Company, serving as an ambulance driver, Emergency Medical Responder, and a faithful driver of his favorite tanker, “Big Pete”. He was an avid Penn State Nittany Lion fan, loved his furry companions, and most of all, loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
A memorial service in loving memory of Brian will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday April 9, 2022 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 428 South Main Street, Lewistown, with Pastor Chris Lutz to officiate. There will be a visitation held at the church from 3:00 p.m. until time of service.
Arrangements have been entrusted to King-Barr Funeral Home LLC, 120 Logan Street, Lewistown.
